Subfloor Enclosure: There is a large gap under the bathroom extension allowing cats to get under the house. I need a secure timber baseboard skirt or heavy-duty mesh installed around the bottom to permanently block access.
Cladding Repair: Several external timber boards on the bathroom extension have pulled away and need to be properly re-secured to the frame.
